Free Women’s Self-Defense Seminar

Attend an amazing Self-Defense & Knife fighting Seminar.

We live in or near “Murder Town” USA, a moniker the news media recently labeled Wilmington DE. Many people have serious concerns about the welfare and safety of their friends, family, and community. We will start with common sense stuff like awareness and presence. Then go thru basic standing self-defense and striking, then take it to self-defense fundamentals on the ground. As the finale, we will get into weapons like knives and discuss guns etc.

To make it clear, this won’t be watered down or look like an action movie. It will be real world based and things we will discuss can be graphic or disturbing and have some adult language. The appropriate age for this seminar is 13 yrs of age and up.
You will need to bring comfortable clothing like shorts and t-shirts. Also, bring water. For the purpose of this seminar you shouldn’t wear jewelry & you should not bring a knife to this training seminar.
