Join us at one of the darkest places around to watch this annual event as meteors light up the evening sky. Meet at the Brandywine Creek State Park Hawk Watch parking lot to view night sky objects in the telescope. $5 per car.
According to Delaware State Parks on Facebook:
Although the meteor shower is an annual event, we won’t pass through this dense part of the path again until 2126. The meteors will be in “outburst”, which means they’ll appear at double the usual rate! You won’t want to miss this!
In addition, many venues do not project an end time for their events. In those cases, we selected our best guess, but the duration of your event may vary.
