White Clay Creek State Park; the picnic grove in Carpenter Recreation Area off 896

What:
Creek Fest + pre-fest hike
Start out with a hike to the Arc Corner Memorial and learn some history about the site, then have fun at the fest, which has food, music, vendors, and (maybe) water ice! 😛
