The Brandywine Treasure Trail Passport

06/20/2010 by Robin Elton

Brandywine Treasure Trail PassportThe Brandywine Treasure Trail Passport program is your passport to summer savings!

For $75, a family of 2 adults and three kids can gain one-time admission to ten local Delaware and Pennsylvania museums and gardens:

  • Brandywine River Museum
  • Delaware Art Museum
  • Delaware Center for the Contemporary Arts
  • Delaware Historical Society & Read House
  • Delaware Museum of Natural History
  • Hagley Museum and Library
  • Longwood Gardens
  • Mt. Cuba Center
  • Rockwood Museum
  • Winterthur Museum & Country Estate

Individual passports can be purchased for $35.

That’s a FANTASTIC deal- for us to take the kids to Winterthur alone would set us back $70 ($20 per adult, $10 per child). Oh, no wait, $80! At 12 years old Jacob counts as an adult. Aaargh!

Passports can be used until September 6th and aren’t valid for special events or tours. And keep them safe; if you lose yours you are out of luck, my friend.

They can be purchased at the ten locations listed above, or at the Hilton Wilmington/Christiana, the Greater Wilmington Convention & Visitors Bureau, the Brandywine Conference & Visitors Bureau, and the Chester County Conference & Visitors Bureau.

Or do what I do and buy them online.

I’m not sure why but this blog is loading incredibly slow for me. Is anyone else having this problem or is it a issue on my end? I’ll
check back later on and see if the problem still exists.
