Just wanted to highlight a few events at the Flower Show that would be a fun time out with the gals!
Girls Night Out: the Flower Show joins forces with Philadelphia Style magazine for the 2nd Annual Girls Night Out Thursday, March 8th at 5:30- 8:30 pm. This one is just for the ladies, who will enjoy exclusive wine and food tastings, health and beauty samplings and tutorials, shopping, raffles, and more. Local participating brands and retailers include 611 Lifestyle, Rittenhouse Women’s Wellness Center, Hotel Palomar, Charcoal BYOB, Square 1682… to name a few.
Meet Melissa Gorga: Meet the latest member of “The Real Housewives of New Jersey,” Melissa Gorga on Friday, March 9th. Melissa is the new Voli Lyte Vodka reality ambassador, and will be signing bottles from the first line of low calorie flavored vodkas from 5 – 7 pm in the Grand Hall.
Meet Bethenny Frankel: Celebrated health foodie, creator of Skinnygirl cocktails, and The New York Times best-selling author. Bethenny will be signing bottles from her Skinnygirl line of products in the Grand Hall from 2:30 – 4:30 pm on Saturday, March 10th.
Van Gogh Up Close: Buy a discounted combined ticket and see the Van Gogh exhibit at the Philadelphia Museum of Art after taking in the flowers. Discounted combined ticket is $50 (plus $3.50 service fee per ticket). Tickets can be bought on the museum website or by calling 215-235-SHOW (7469).
Pick up a Bloomin’ Fun Pass: grab one at the Information Center and get discounts to restaurants, attractions and retail stores for the duration of the Flower Show (including a coupon for $2 off an adult Phila Art Museum general admission ticket).
