Join us at the Rock Lot for a spooky afternoon! This family event will have arts and crafts, treats, games, music and more! Everyone is invited! Come dressed up in your Halloween costume! Don’t have one? Don’t worry, we’ll have some to help you get in the spirit!
Joining us will be Wilmington police and fire departments! Come join your community with this fun-filled Halloween event!
