Kids Day at Fort Christina Park

Fort Christina Park is an important part of Delaware’s history, and it’s a lot of fun! We’re throwing a party for all ages, and you’re invited. Join us on Saturday, July 23 from 1-3pm at Fort Christina Park (1110 E. 7th Street in Wilmington, DE) for Kids Day.
FishCastle Music is a folk duo well known for enchanting audiences of children ages 0 to 100. Armed with a menagerie of instruments, Catherine Braik Selin and Cyril Caster will present their timeless and interactive music beneath the shade of the sweetgum trees beside the Christina River.
We will also have colonial games, scavenger hunts, and other awesome activities geared towards helping children explore the park and connect hands-on with Delaware history. Please bring blankets and chairs for your seating comfort, and don’t forget a picnic lunch or snack!
