Butch Zito and the Prine Time Players: Tribute to John Prine at World Cafe Live Wilmington Upstairs

Delaware’s own Butch Zito says “A good classic song just jumps out and gives you no choice but to find some paper and a pencil as quickly as possible.” On October 17th, Butch and The Prine Time Players will once again take the World Cafe Live stage by storm and pay tribute to the legendary John Prine with an all-star local lineup.

You may know Butch from Stackabones or The Porch Chops, from winning High Times Magazine’s “Hemp Song of the Year” for his tune “Tall Grass,” or perhaps from “Burned on Love/Texas Town,” his 1983 single used as the warm-up music on The Grateful Dead’s summer tour.
