Ashley Peebles (Education Coordinator, Delaware Forest Service) presents how to navigate the updated state publication Big Trees of Delaware. Followed by a field study of tree ID and how to measure a tree like a forester.
All participants will receive a copy of “Big Trees of Delaware” publication and a copy of Taber’s Delaware Trees.
FREE program with paid White Clay Creek park admission. Meets at Chambers House Nature Center.
