This class includes a lecture and demonstration safe techniques for canning produce, and covers which preservation method is best for which fruits and veg. Participants receive a free recipe book on canning/ preserving/ freezing/ dehydrating.

Cost is only $10, which is fantastically reasonable.

There’s this.

getting rid of stink bugs

If you’re anything like us, you could use a few stick bug traps.

Delaware Seed & Garden also offers fresh local produce (right now they have yellow watermelon?) and gardening supplies.

I’ve never been there myself, but I’m going to have to visit soon!
