Check out the Travel & Adventure Show in Philly this weekend to plan your next vacation— or if you’re like me and a real vacay isn’t in the cards right now, to fill up the dream board for “someday, hopefully soon.” The Travel & Adventure Show is the U.S.’s largest series of consumer travels show and it’s at the Pennsylvania Convention Center this weekend, March 21st and 22nd.

Samantha Brown has spent more than a decade at Travel Channel. Her travel goal is to always show that if she can do it, you can do it. With years of experience being on the road, she takes a look back at just how much the travel world has changed. She touches on such topics as the evolution of using an app to book a flight (from the days of calling airlines) to the change in what motivates people to travel.

Todd Carmichael, Host of Travel Channel’s “Dangerous Grounds”, Adventurer, Entrepreneur and Coffee Crusader
Presentation: Business Trip or Leisurely Vacation? Why Not Both!
As co-founder of La Colombe and as the host of Travel Channel’s “Dangerous Grounds: New Territory,” Todd Carmichael treks across the globe in search of the best coffee beans. Unlike most executives, Todd also serves as La Colombe’s main coffee sourcer. This means regular international trips almost every month of the year. It’s all just another day at the office for Todd, but he makes sure it doesn’t feel like work. In this session, Todd shares how he incorporates ways to make business travel feel more like fun travel.
