Public trick or treating at more than 100 Rittenhouse Row stores and restaurants from 10am to 5pm.
Participating venues will have a black cat poster in the window reading Trick or Treat Here, or you can pick up the official Trick or Treat bag and map at the hostess stand at Walnut Garden, located at 1708 Walnut Street.
