Delaware’s Historic Zoo

Did you know that the Brandywine Zoo is over 110 years old, making us one of the oldest zoos in the country? Seated in Brandywine Park, which was designed by Frederick Law Olmstead, the Zoo has a rich history. Join us for a morning tour through the zoo where we’ll discuss some of the great changes the Zoo has seen over the last century. Walk the zoo with an educator for a personal tour filled with fun wildlife facts and stories about our animals. Registered guests should meet at the Front Gates of the zoo to check in.
$6 per child/$8 per adult includes Zoo admission
Free for DZS members.
Preregister online or walk-ins welcome if space is available.
