Clear the Shelters: Fees Waived at Delaware Humane

Help pets find loving, forever homes! On Saturday, July 23, join NBC 10 Philadelphia and Telemundo 62 and help “Clear the Shelters!” All day, adoption fees will be waived, but other fees may apply.
Last year, animal shelters across the country came together and nearly 20,000 pets found loving new families. “Clear the Shelters” is a nationwide pet adoption initiative that aims to connect animals in need with new homes.
***If you are looking to adopt on this day in particular, PLEASE review our adoption process in advance: delawarehumane.org/adoptionprocess. All animals are spayed/neutered, vaccinated, heartworm (dogs) & FeLV/FIV (cats) tested, microchipped, and examined by a veterinarian. Please bring in proof of home ownership or written permission from your landlord, and proof of current vaccinations and spaying/neutering of current pets, if applicable. All principal family members should be present at the time of adoption.
