The Secret Life of Arrietty

 

I guess I’ve been living under a rock or something. I received an invite to an advance screening of this movie with the kids, but as usual it’s on a Saturday and we can’t make it (all together now: Robin sold her soul to youth sports). I hadn’t heard a thing about it, but last night caught a commercial on TV that piqued my interest enough to make me find the email again.

 

 

Um, this movie looks beautiful. Puts me in the mind of one of my FAVORITE kids’ films, My Neighbor Totoro, but even more stunning visually.
