All yoga poses and stretches are modified in order for participants to practice while seated or standing with the assistance of a chair.
This indoor class is appropriate for all fitness, age, and ability levels.
$10, $6 NCC residents, $2 Art-Reach Member. Ages 16-adults. Register here.
