Do you love your wildlife habitat? Do you wish more people had wildlife habitat? Do you want to help others create wildlife habitats? Classes are forming now for Habitat Steward Training in New Castle County.
This fun, three-day training will focus on wildlife habitat creation in the residential garden and will include site analysis, native plant selection, designing with plants, sustainable gardening practices, and other topics. Students each receive a Habitat Steward resource notebook.
Dates: Tuesdays October 4, 11 and 18, 9:00-4:00 (must attend all three days)

Fee: Delaware Nature Society Members $65, Non-Members $85

Habitat Steward training is offered through a partnership between the National Wildlife Federation and the Delaware Nature Society, a state affiliate.
