Add a differnt challenge to your workout routine and move it outdoors in the park. This class will surely get you feeling like an athlete as you hang from monkey bars, jump on benches, move through ladders, play with medicine balls, run, jump fitness hurdles, and squat your way to a fitter you! Lots of different equipment will be used in class and exercises can be modified for the participant. So come grab your friends and enjoy working out together. Classes will be rain or shine (unless the weather is too inclement). Click the ‘Going’ button on the event page so I can gauge how many people are coming. Drop ins are always welcome!

Children over 12 may attend with parent.
