Outdoor Boot Camp at Carousel Park

Enjoy something fun and different as your workout moves outdoors in the beautiful state park. This class will surely get you feeling like an athlete as you flip tires, drag hoses, move through ladders, play with medicine balls, run, jump fitness hurdles, and squat your way to a fitter you! Lots of different equipment will be used in class and exercises can be modified for the participant. So come grab your friends and enjoy working out together. Classes will be rain or shine (unless the weather is too inclement). Click the ‘Going’ button on the event page so I can gauge how many people are coming. Drop ins are always welcome!
$10.00 per class.
60 minute Bootcamp class.
Beginners, Intermediate, and Advanced welcome.
Children over 12 may attend with parent.
