Newark Community Day

The City of Newark’s Parks and Recreation Department, in cooperation with the University of Delaware, Christina School District and the Downtown Newark Partnership present the area’s premier fall festival on Sunday, September 17 on the UD Green. A food court will have a variety of foods. Fine Art and Homemade Craft vendors will be displaying and selling their creations. The Children’s Area includes scarecrow making and more. Community Information booths and activities are supplied by a variety of local businesses and organizations. Enjoy dining and retail specials at Main Street merchants.
