Halloween Spooktacular

Please join the Town of Elsmere for our annual Halloween Spooktacular! This is a free event and all are welcome!
We wil have a Halloween costume parade from Town Hall, 11 Poplar Avenue to the Elsmere Fire Hall, 1107 Kirkwood Highway, weather permitting, starting at 5:00 PM.
Upon arrival, indoor trick-or-treating will be provided by our local businesses at the Elsmere Fire Hall after the Halloween Parade.
After trick-or-treating enjoy our feature movie: Hotel Transylvania 2! (Rated: PG)
