Join us for the 1st Annual Safe Trick-or-Treat event presented by the Dover Police Department. The event will take place on October 28th from 6pm-7:30pm on Legislative Mall in Dover. Come Trick-or-Treat at a variety of police and fire vehicles and local businesses and organizations who will set up displays around the block. The roads will be closed to traffic to allow plenty of room for children and families to Trick-or-Treat safely and explore all the historic area has to offer.
Food trucks 6-8pm
