Blue Hen CrossFit Student Day

Blue Hen Crossfit Club will be hosting a Student Day at Hardbat CrossFit. All students that attend University Of Delaware are welcomed to attend this FREE event.
The coaching staff of Hardbat CrossFit will be going over instruction and taking everyone through a fun beginners workout.
After the workout, everyone is invited to hang out for some fun games, and free food. Food will be catered by The Meat House Chadds Ford
