“This class can be for the newcomer and the seasoned yogi. Poses are adapted to suit the individual participant’s needs. We focus on moving the body in various planes of movement to promote healing and restoration. Each class will conclude with a relaxation/meditation portion which can be done seated or lying down. Adults.”
