Murder, Mystery, and Cocktails

Engage your detective skills, interrogate suspects, and decipher clues as part of this murder mystery immersive theater experience (October: A Very Brady Murder!) at the Curtis Building, 601 Walnut Street in Philadelphia.

Cocktails not included but they can be purchased onsite. Saturdays at 5pm, Sundays at 3pm, adults only. Tickets are $40.

Celebrity DJ Kyle Cooke at Wicked Wolf

Get into costume and dance the night away! Live DJ set by celebrity DJ Kyle Cooke spinning hauntingly good tunes at Wicked Wolf, 1214-16 Chestnut Street. Saturday October 26th at 10pm, tickets are $20. 21 and up.

Dining in the Dark Blindfolded Dining Experience

This Halloween-themed experience features a menu that’s to die for! Choose from red meat, seafood, or vegan options and enjoy an appetizer, main, and dessert while blindfolded, heightening your senses of taste and smell.

Wednesday October 30th at 6 and 8:30pm at The Twisted Tail in Philly, 509 S 2nd St. Ages 12 and up, anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult. Tickets are $64 and do not include drinks and gratuity.

Ghosts of Philadelphia: Night Walk

This self-paced game invites you to put yourself in the shoes of a fictional character and follow a story, visiting the most haunted places in town. Play for your chance to win a coffin, a ghost detector, and money prizes! Start at the Edgar Allan Poe House any time after purchase. Tickets are $4.99, ages 15 and under play for free with purchase of adult ticket.

Since childhood, you were hounded by all manner of dangerous entities, harming the people you love – watching you from the edge of the bed at night. Now a practicing priest under the protections of the church, you have returned to your birthplace near Callowhill to rid it of its demons and to save your family from these dark forces once and for all. Dark Philly Adult Night Tour

Developed by a local university professor, this tour from Grim Philly Twilight Tours covers Alexander Hamilton’s home, The Liberty Bell, Independence Hall and more, with R-rated sites (sights?) and supernatural stories not suitable for children. Lasts about an hour and 45 minutes, ages 14 and up. Tickets are $37.95.

Philly Ghosts: Phantoms of Philadelphia Tour

Explore America’s most haunted buildings in Philadelphia’s Old City with US Ghost Adventures guides regaling you with documented accounts of historic hauntings and intensely researched true stories of history. Daily at 8pm, you can choose from a standard ($25) or extended 3-hour ghostly walking tour ($30). All ages, but there’s a fair amount of walking over 90 minutes.

Founding Phantoms Adults Only Walking Tour

Explore haunted Philadelphia spots from the eerie Pennsylvania Hospital to the ghostly Powel House, and hear about Alexander Hamilton’s scandalous life straight from the spirits at the First Bank of the United States. Daily at 9pm for ages 16 and up. Tickets are $35.

Cemetery and Serial Killers Walking Tour of Philadelphia

Led by a history teacher guide, this tour combines serial killer tales and historic sightseeing into one– visit the
Betsy Ross House, Christ Church, Elfreth’s Alley, and Ben Franklin’s grave site while hearing about the darker side of Philadelphia history. Tours are at 2pm and begin at the Independence Visitor Center. See available dates and purchase tickets here ($37.95 for adults, $28.95 children ages 6-11).

Haunted Philadelphia: Spirits of ’76 Ghost Tour

Explore over 15 eerie Philly frights and hear the ghostly tales of the Spirits of ’76 and Philly’s haunted past. Fridays and Saturdays at 7:30. Tickets are $24 for adults, $17 for children ages 3-12.
